Refund policy
Refunds and Replacements To fulfill the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solution for our return policy. Damaged products due to handling and shipping will be replaced immediately when notified. Exchange and return are only available within 14 days of the delivery date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns
We do not accept returns (unless the item is defective or doesn't match the description) due to all of our products being categorized as grocery items, we do not accept opened or consumed products. We guarantee proper storage and freshness for all of our products up until the delivery is made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Accuracy
Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment.
