At Commerce Foods, we are committed to ensuring every order arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. Many of our products include glass jars and fragile items which require thorough individual bubble wrap packaging before shipment. Every glass item is wrapped by hand prior to packing to ensure it arrives in its intended condition. We appreciate your patience as this care takes time but eliminates damage on arrival.

Expedited Handling

For customers who require same-day handling or faster processing, we are happy to accommodate at no additional charge. To qualify for expedited handling, please contact our order supervisor before 2:00 PM on the day of your order at sam@commercefoods.com. Requests received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Timeframes

We work with all major carriers and your preferred carrier is selected at checkout. Please note that carrier availability may vary depending on your delivery destination. All quoted carrier transit times do not include order processing — please add 2-3 business days to your carrier's estimated transit time to determine your expected delivery date. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Damaged Items

Despite our careful packaging, if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Commerce Foods is an authorized wholesale distributor and direct importer of the brands we carry. We source exclusively through direct importation or official brand-authorized distributors, ensuring every product we sell is 100% authentic and traceable to its origin.

We operate at fixed margins across our entire catalog and are proud to offer some of the lowest prices nationwide on the brands we carry. Our pricing reflects our direct sourcing advantage — by cutting out unnecessary middlemen and working only with official supply channels, we are able to pass genuine savings directly to our customers. Prices are consistent and non-negotiable as they are already set at the lowest sustainable margin we can offer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order's packaging. We do not profit from shipping. The fee charged at checkout reflects exactly what the carrier charges us for the label — no markups, no handling fees, full transparency.
